Seeking a strong Executive Assistant that is extremely organized and has strong computer skills.
Must be good under pressure; able to do well under stress; be reliable, efficient, and able to communicate; be a self-starter, detail oriented, able to multi-task, and prioritize deadlines.
Preference for a Real Estate Agent Licensee with experience dedicated to the Assistant position.
The Assistant will assist top producing agent/team lead in all areas of real estate duties including tracking deadlines, maintaining digital files, listing and transaction coordination, data entry, proof reading, marketing assistance, meeting organization, and client/agent communication.
Hours can be somewhat flexible.
