A world class destination! Looking for a STRONG, RELIABLE, OUTGOING, FRIENDLY, AND HARDWORKING INDIVIDULAL.
We are open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner along with providing room service to the 117 room hotel.
The hotel features a conference room and banquet facility with a capacity of 250 people to host an array of events year-round.
This will be the first conference center in Moab, so banquet operations experience is required.
As a General Manager of Operations you must be able to establish, develop, and maintain positive business relations on behalf of this steakhouse with hotel management and restaurant staff.
We need someone with the ability to move with urgency and understand the importance of creating a fun, positive, supportive environment.
You will be responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service, amazing food, proper restaurant ambience, and the day to day operations of the restaurant.
This includes supporting a productive and profitable steakhouse that focuses on guest relations.
Development and oversight of front of house and back of house is a requirement of the position along with execution of brand excellence.
Experience reading and running profitable P&L's is a must.
We are looking for someone to be the face of this restaurant and resort destination.

Must be willing to relocate to Moab, UT.
Will help pay for relocation after one year of employment.
Bachelor's Degree in hotel/restaurant management or business management preferred but not required.
At least 5 years of upper level restaurant management, mandatory.
Experience creating a dynamic menu and working with kitchen staff to create fun daily specials to entice locals and build relationships with our community.
Demonstrate strong leadership skills and have an aptitude to train and develop one self and a diverse staff Ability to multi task in a high volume setting Tenacity for meeting challenges and possesses the ability to effectively make decisions and resolve problems Knowledge of food/labor costs, productivity and P&L's Benefits include:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
