The Operations Specialist's primary duties are running daily operations including dispatch, customer service, and scheduling.
They will work independently and as a team to ensure all customer requests and driver/guide needs are communicated with accuracy, efficiency, and in a timely manner.
The operations specialist will cover customer service during open business hours and be available for drivers and guides as needed throughout the day.
Other duties include support roles in training, safety, time management, marketing, and fleet maintenance.
On occasion, the Operations Specialist may be required to perform driving duties and must have a clean driving record.
The position requires a professional home office environment with minimal interruptions.
This is a full time seasonal position.
